They don't allow the app to be reinstalled. You have to call/email them to get permission. They say it's so people don't share the app. WHAT? No intelligence in that at all. Anyone can buy a single, 20trip or 1month ticket and give it as a gift, share it, pass it around, whatever, but they add this rule to the app. Using paper/plastic tickets and transfers cost more to produce, and maintain the readers. You'd think they would figure out pushing people to use paper is costing THEM more, not us.🫤

Why? Why is it that anything the government does online has to be subpar? The registration screen Lacks common and common sense usability features, such as being able to choose whether or not you can see what you are typing in the password field. And since it doesn't show that, and since companies are requiring evermore complicated passwords, I got frustrated from making typos and not being able to see what they were, and just gave up on the damn app. Not worth it.

The app works most the time, it's super slow though and can just choose to lock you out of your tickets if it thinks you're using them "too fast". On top of that, the map, live updates, alerts, and bus information aren't on the app itself, it is strictly for tickets only, which is really annoying when you have to bounce between website and app to find out when the super inconsistent busses are finally gonna show up
