Would give zero stars if possible. This dysfunctional organization comes up with like 5 news ways to pay every year, but doesn't bother to maintain a single one. And of course, any money you've loaded on one of these systems is lost in the ether whenever they randomly decide to change their app. I'm honestly embarrassed that this is the best we could have.

So apparently this app is supposed to allow me to not carry my Connect Transit Card everywhere with me except it doesn't connect with Connect and doesn't work everywhere Connect does? Sigh. Deleting the app until it actually connects with Connect and works everywhere Connect works. Guess I will continue to carry my Connect card with me. This rating is a bit unfair because the app itself works well, the fail is the organization the app connects to or doesn't but...

I'm mad that they gave no warning about the zip pass app being discontinued. I had no issues with zip pass and now I can't buy monthly passes ahead of time for myself. extremely unsatisfied with Sacramento Regional Transit for making dumb changes when the app (zip pass) was and is working perfectly fine.
