This app logged me out, wouldn't let me log back in. I lost the money I had on my account. I'm pretty worried about the fact that this app has my card info on it. No customer service either. Sacramento Transit really screwed the pooch with this one.

SACRT, ARE YOU LISTENING TO THE PEOPLE WHO ARE ACTUALLY USING THIS APP? ALSO MORE THAN 2 BUSSES AN HOUR ON EVERY ROUTE WOULD BE GREAT, SAC IS NOT THAT LARGE. I'D PAY ANOTHER .50 TO NOT WAIT 30+ MINS EVERY TIME I NEED A BUS. EVERY TIME! AND THE STOP ANNOUNCEMENTS NEED TO SYNC WITH THE ACTUAL STOPS!! also the time limit should be 120 minutes for transfers since the service is SO unreliable!! Sac could have really good transit given its size, kind of criminal it doesn't. Dream bigger, folks!

Would give zero stars if possible. This dysfunctional organization comes up with like 5 news ways to pay every year, but doesn't bother to maintain a single one. And of course, any money you've loaded on one of these systems is lost in the ether whenever they randomly decide to change their app. I'm honestly embarrassed that this is the best we could have.
