This app is excellent overall, but I suggest an improvement. Upon completing a ride, it would be beneficial to have a cancellation feature integrated into the bus's system, allowing passengers to scan their phone to confirm the ride's completion, rather than simply showing the phone to the driver, which could potentially be a screenshot.

It was difficult to make an account and get my u-pass. It took a while but I finally got an account through the website, NOT app. I logged in and.. didn't get my pass, showing my school ID works at least as a pass. I downloaded the transit app it suggested and ended up lost somewhere I'm not familiar with. Had to get a ride from a relative š¬

I'm old but I like the old one better but I rarely used the app I prefer the card either the credit card thing Go Mobile or the one you get that's paper like (ahem) nonetheless I usually ask for help when I have to navigate through since it's like lots of new stuff my 28 year old eyes & fingers don't work like they use to š
