I sent money to the app ,it was confirmed but it's not reflecting I messaged and called but no one is picking up or replying now the app isn't opening again. if the app is not working it should be taken down. I just got credited the money the next day , you can do better.

The app is not allowing me add my loyalty card. I have been tapping on loyalty, adding my card number but it never updated it. and my app is up to date. please work on this

Good morning. I made an order this morning for some goods via delivery and I paid. My payment was successful but it didn't reflect on the app, as my order still remains in the cart. Kindly help look into it. All efforts to reach them via email, WhatsApp, and calls proved abortive.
