Most restaurants that have apps allow you to build up points that you can redeem in the form of savings. Just Salad has a rewards section on their app, but they don't offer rewards. When I asked about it, I was told they offer "challenges" via opt-in email. If the average order is $13 to $15, and you don't have a rewards program via your app for regular customers, the challenge is justifying continuing to order $13 to $15 meals without any rewards.

This app worked great until 2 days ago. Suddenly, I can't place an order for delivery, and I get an error message that says, "all nearby locations are closed" when they are not. Yesterday, I called the number, and a nice lady placed the order for me. Today, I tried that again and was told that the system won't let them save my credit card info. They told me to order from Door Dash, which costs about $7.00 more for an already pricey salad. I am so disappointed.

An awful app. It freezes and closes every single time I click "essentials." It will not stop asking me at each successive screen whether I want to get notifications from the app. And there's no option to tell them not to ask you again. If I said l didn't want notifications literal seconds ago, I feel like it's a safe bet that I don't want them now. Among other issues.
