MathScroll helps you stop mindless scrolling and stay focused. Before opening a distracting app, you complete a quick quiz. This simple habit trains your attention, reduces impulse scrolling, and helps you stay in control of your screen time.
MathScroll uses fast, fun quizzes to interrupt automatic scrolling. Choose your difficulty, number of questions, and unlock time to match your goals. HOW BLOCKING WORKS ON ANDROID
MathScroll uses Android's Accessibility service only to detect when an app you chose to block comes to the front, so it can show the quiz screen over it. It does not read screen content, typed text, passwords or messages, and nothing leaves your device. You can turn it off at any time in Android settings.
WHY IT WORKS
A brief pause, like a 5–10 second quiz, breaks the automatic urge to open addictive apps. It helps you stay intentional, build focus, and reduce impulsive scrolling throughout the day.
Start your next scroll with intention. Build focus one quiz at a time.
