They don't have the ability to show you the glance of your account like it used to on the old application, it is much harder to log into every time then it used to be, it does not ever remember your devices even if you select the remember me option, other than that it is a good application I just missed the old one.

the old app made viewing bill pay history very easy to find and review. This change is not easy to find that information. one day the old app works then its updated with absolutely no warning that it WON'T WORK on a lot of older devices. A statement to that effect would have been really nice. I had to tell the credit union why my application wouldn't work........

Under UFirst, this app was fine. Right up until you had "new features" to show me right before the second rebrand. No matter how many times I rejected taking the tour, dismissed the prompt, or took the tour, your app KEEPS asking me to take the damn tour! Now, with your second rebrand, this app is trash. Every time I try to log in on my phone I get told there's network connectivity issues, no matter how I try to log in (user/pass. or biometrics) Fix it and leave it ALONE!
