I'm trying to find details on an auto-payment I have set up, and can't find it anywhere. I finally reached out to their AI chatbot for help, and it keeps saying I should be able to get what I need at a link it's providing, but when I select it, the app just crashes. Overall, not very user-friendly, and seems glitchy too.

I'm sorry. But I absolutely hate this new app. It's not sleak. It's harder to use. It's harder to see deposits and withdrawals from each account (used to be color coded). When I go to pay off my credit card, there's no longer a quick option to pay off balance, pay off minimum due, or other. Then I have to go back up to the "transfer to" menu because I can't see how much is owed on it otherwise. Then it doesn't tell me the new balances. PLEASE FIRE WHOEVER DESIGNED THIS UPDATE.

This place is the worst. Go anywhere else. I have never had a return call after applying for a loan in the 25+ years I have been with them. They don't follow up, approved or not approved. I am with them just so I can transfer money easily to family. If you ever have an overdraft they will process the largest dollar item first to maximize the amount of overdraft fees they can collect, even if the smaller items were purchased days before. Very shady practices. Too many problems to list.
