For the most part, the app is very good. But one issue is after they updated their experience, it now forces user validation every single time Zelle is accessed, and there is no way to opt out of that (I was never asked to opt in). I'm already logged in to the app securely, why do I have to verify again? I manage Zelle payments for both my account and my wife's, so I have both logins, but I can't access her Zelle anymore without her cell phone. Didn't used to be that way.

I've been using the VCCU app for a few months now, and I can confidently say it's transformed the way I manage my finances compared to before. The app is super intuitive, and navigation is a breeze! Some features I'm impressed with are how it provides personalized insights into my spending habits and helping me budget more effectively each month.

This upgrade to the new version of vccu software is an absolute unmitigated total disaster. I don't know who within the organization was assigned to manage this transfer to the new system, but I never received any notification that it had happened and I had to go through this 2 months before any notification was sent out. I have never seen a more horrible migration of computer software in my entire life, and I've spent 8 years working on Credit Union banking software for Fiserv.
