Initially, it wouldn't pair, just like many others. Gemini helped reach a solution. Regardless, I find the number of required permissions of this app to be creepy and excessive. I only keep it installed to lock my scooter. I force close the app after every use because of this.

needs new Update better Update then this Plan Theme white & needs some Bugs Fixed.like why doesn't have a GPS on this should see mine self on there but don't. Tool's be only on. GPS should be up top of bottom of Tool's are. & why we should be turning on GPS we don't have a GPS on this App make no sense to turn on Location.

I just recently set up my Hiboy C1 electric bike, and it won't connect to the phone app. All of the online sources that I saw said that the ebike uses an app to help operate. If the company could at least give a definitive answer as to whether the ebike uses an app or not, then maybe I'll change this review to give a more positive response.
