Recently could no longer log in. Returns an error. Verified my phone number (with the 5 digit code), and my email address (clicked the link they sent to my email). Yes, I have the latest version installed

Different to register receipt to get points. While the picture is clear enough, it rejected your submission after 5 days and you leave 2 days to resubmit, otherwise you can no longer submit the receipt after 7 days. If they rejected the resubmitted receipt, I guess it's no longer eligible for submission again. Like cheating and wasting my time.

Super lousy. The upload receipt system never works - staff at restaurants tell us to upload the QR code to register spending, then they reject your receipt and I can't rectify since I've thrown out the receipt after registration. 7 days upload is inconvenient and makes me miss my uploads, especially with all these rejects. Prepayments aren't recognized because there is no electronic receipt. This system needs complete revamp if you want us to shop more at k11 .
