I have been using this app several times. At first the service is very good. But my latest experience was very very bad. My order was cancelled without any notice. I have waited for several days for the products to be sent (as it said that they were being delivered) and suddenly they put my money back as klik point. The problem is the klik point cannot be used to pay when I am re-ordering. The online chat was not answering too. Please give me back my money.

Fast and fluid app.

Ive been using the app several times. It was fantastic to be able to get my medicine with a click of a button. However, my recent order was a chaos. The app kept bringing me back to the same page of keying in personal data to get prescription eventhough i had gone throygh this step, hence i couldnt settle the order. Very annoying. Please fix the bug.
