Horrible experience. I called the client service 10 times, no answer. There was no way to modify or cancel the order. The delivery guy had no idea on how to use the location ping, bad communication. I do not and will not recommend. And I definitely will not use again. I only used it this time because they delivered from a store that Glovo doesn't work with (yet).

The worst after sale service ever! I've ordered 175dh kfc meal and have received 155dh meal! When I call the after sale service they tell me they're going to take charge of that case and answer me, but none of that happened! I don't recommend it at all! If there's something wrong with your order then deal with it don't try to contact them because they are not going to help!

I have contacted them many time to make some minor change like adding food picture, or sealing the bag so no one miss with it... No feed back. One time I made an order at 22h15 they took 1h to call and tell the restorant is closed, and we know that every restaurant have to close at 23h because of covid. They just don't care, I gave this app anither chance today to make an order, but it show me that every restaurant is closed, but when using Glovo or Jumia food, they are open, uninstalling know.
