while using this app, blind people have to face a lot of issues. there are no content description of buttons. and the new update is same as earlier. But, this time it has more complications.

I’ve been using this app since last year and purchased a 1-year subscription. After it expired, I understood losing premium access. However, the ads are now excessive over a minute long and often inappropriate. This makes the app almost unusable for free users. Free content should still be enjoyable, but the current ad experience is overwhelming. I could renew my subscription, but the app no longer feels user-focused or worth it.

I am a 6 month subscription/premium user. The "Science Fiction" section doesn't show any audiobook when I open it. I tried to contact the Kabbik team many times regarding this problem but they didn't respond at all. Very poor customer support system 😔😔
