Ratings and reviews

I’ve been using this app since last year and purchased a 1-year subscription. After it expired, I understood losing premium access. However, the ads are now excessive over a minute long and often inappropriate. This makes the app almost unusable for free users. Free content should still be enjoyable, but the current ad experience is overwhelming. I could renew my subscription, but the app no longer feels user-focused or worth it.

I am a 6 month subscription/premium user. The "Science Fiction" section doesn't show any audiobook when I open it. I tried to contact the Kabbik team many times regarding this problem but they didn't respond at all. Very poor customer support system 😔😔

The rent fee of books is actually high. It doesn't suit anymore in the context of audio books.
