Couldn't tip my driver after arriving at the destination because the app would just get stuck on the blue KABU screen, and had zero desire to wrestle with that at the bar. Tried to do the same (~36 hrs later) from "untipped trips", and I submitted my review with a tip, but the trip total didn't update. That trip page just does the blue KABU screen now too. Apologies in advance to the driver, but I don't know what else to do here aside from waiting on hold with customer service to pay $5.

I gave up trying to add my details and deleted the app after it rejected my password choice three times... If your going to enforce rediculous rules then at least do it when people are entering the password - not three screen later on, forcing us to page back to the password screen.. Don't know how good the app is if you actually get past the poor registration section. Given this app has only 1.9 stars it's probably in not that in good... And that when your competitors are Uber & Lyft....

I booked a ride with KABU, I even gave them my credit card info as per this app's request. The app kept telling me for half an hour that there was no driver available for the time being, but a driver would become available soon. After 1/2 hour of useless waiting, their customer service cancelled my ride. I had to call a cab - which I should have done in the first place. It would have saved me 1/2 hour of my time. My advice - don't even try relying on KABU.
