Our solution is adapted for mobile and web platforms, with the flexibility to also work offline in industrial facilities and areas without internet connection. It synchronizes information in real time, providing an overview of all work in progress.

With the possibility of integration with various market tools (ERPs, DMSs, BI tools, RPA tools, MS Office tools, etc.) and the ability to adapt to different industrial scenarios, DPMS is a considerably flexible solution, capable of simplifying and digitizing processes in a much safer, more efficient, and faster way.

**Day-to-day with DPMS**

Our solution provides total control over the daily steps related to work orders executed in factories (surveys, budgets, authorizations, planning, execution, and inspection). In addition, auxiliary controls can be configured in DPMS, such as: electronic work orders, resource allocation, time control, materials control, etc.

With DPMS, we significantly reduce the use of paper and forms and, furthermore, concentrate information in secure and reliable databases, since all information is collected via tablets and smartphones and synchronized on servers.

→ Scope Definition:

- Gather all items related to the work order (scaffolding, thermal insulation, painting, electromechanical, mechanical, instrumentation, etc.);

- Detail each item with its respective contractual services;

- Create a preliminary plan for the execution of these services;

- Calculate the price of all items and their related services for the work order.

→ Service Authorization

- If necessary, control authorizations for the execution of services. Avoid future doubts and disputes in the measurement of services performed.

- Define the person responsible for each service and grant permissions;
