Kafkaseli Gıda was established in order to bring organic products, especially honey and bee products, produced with traditional methods in Ardahan, to the consumers.

Ardahan, the gene center of the Caucasian bee race, has a remarkable reputation for producing quality honey, as it is one of the regions where thousands of flowers and natural life are best preserved. The color, aroma, fragrance and sugar balance of our honey produced in the high-altitude Ardahan plateaus are entirely derived from the collected nectars.

Ardahan honey, which is completely original since there is no agricultural spraying and fertilization in the region, crystallizes into a cream two or three months after it is put in the jar. This is a unique feature of Ardahan honey. The state before solidification is liquid and fluid. Ardahan honey registered with geographical indication by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office; It does not deteriorate unless exposed to an effect such as humidity, sunlight, boiling and is not affected by the time factor.

As Kafkaseli Gıda, we deliver products such as cheddar, gruyere, belly cheese, mulberry molasses from the producers to our consumers, along with the honey produced in Ardahan, as well as other bee products.
