Kafoli is a business management application designed for retailers, warehouses, and distribution companies in Guinea. It works entirely offline and automatically syncs your data as soon as the network is restored.

What you can do:

Record your sales and create invoices in seconds
Track your inventory in real time, with threshold alerts
Manage your customers, their balances, and outstanding payments
Enter your expenses and track your accounts
View your daily and monthly sales figures
Print your invoices on a Sunmi thermal printer or as PDFs

Why Kafoli?

The network goes down, the power goes down — but not your business. Kafoli saves everything locally on your phone. Your sales staff keep working, and everything is sent back to the office as soon as the connection is restored.

Each business has its own private space. You can manage multiple shops or branches from a single account, with separate access for each salesperson.
