TrustLink is a secure digital ledger and management system designed to streamline member data and financial tracking for non-profits, clubs, and institutions. Replace pen-and-paper ledgers with a transparent and smart platform.

👥 1. Admin Dashboard & Member Management:
Admins can easily create a digital directory by adding new members. Admins can view the member list and manage the organization's profile. (Note: Admins can permanently delete a member, which completely erases their data from the database).
💰 2. Transparent Digital Ledger (Income & Expense):
Maintain clear accounts with separate categories for Income (Monthly & Instant collections) and Expenses (Expense vouchers).
Strict Transparency Policy: To maintain 100% trust and prevent any manipulation, financial entries and vouchers CANNOT be edited or deleted once saved.
📢 3. Notice Board & Communication:
Admins can publish organizational information, update members with "Today's Meeting Decisions," and send broadcast messages to all members instantly.
📱 4. View-Only Member Dashboard:
Every member gets a dedicated, secure dashboard. Members cannot edit or delete any data. They can only view:
• Their personal profile.
• Their due subscription list (monthly dues).
• Official notices and meeting decisions.
(Note: TrustLink is a record-keeping app and does NOT include any online payment gateway).

The app includes a built-in Calculator for quick accounting and a district-wise Prayer Time schedule for daily convenience.
🔒 Data Privacy & Strict Organization Isolation:
Powered by Google Firebase, TrustLink guarantees high-level data privacy and security:
• Complete Tenant Isolation: Admins and members are strictly restricted to their own organization. No Admin or Member can view, access, or cross-enter another organization's dashboard or records.
• Super Admin Privacy Limits: The Super Admin only holds the basic registration details provided during Admin account setup. Super Admin CANNOT view, access, or monitor individual member data or internal organization activities.
• Zero Data Sharing: Since Super Admin has zero visibility into internal member profiles, user data is never accessed, sold, or shared with third parties.
🗑️ Account & Data Deletion Policy:
• Member Deletion: When an Admin deletes a member, all data associated with that specific member is permanently wiped from the database.
• Organization Deletion: When the Super Admin deletes an Admin account, the entire organization along with all its members and records are permanently erased.
