This educational game targets children from the ages of 12 to 17 but learners of all ages (including adults) can enjoy it. Playing doesn’t require any supervision, although parents can enjoy playing along with their children and maybe even brush up their own math skills.

Dr. Patrick Marchal, Ph.D. in cognitive science, and Jean-Baptiste Huynh, a high school teacher, created DragonBox Algebra 12+ as an intuitive, interactive, and efficient way to learn algebra.

Truly disappointed. The way this teaches kids algebraic principles is amazing. I was one of the first to buy the original app. I bought it thinking forward to when my kids would need it. My 1st was able to use the original. But now my youngest needs it and Google play doesnt even bother showing it any more. Kahoot provides a link in this to tell you how to reinstall the old purchased version. But its just a link to Google instructions on how to reinstall old purchases. Give back our purchase!

No trial without purchase agreement. I wanted to see if this new version was any better or different from the previous ones (I have bought two versions of it). It is not possible to try, no trial, without commiting to a subscription, which you then have to remember to cancel before a week runs out. It is certainly not unique, but I find this a devious practice.

Whole app is blocked by a pay wall. $3-$20/month. You can get in and try it for free for a week after you give your banking info. Other than that they have locked users out from even looking around. If you don't like to gamble your limited resources don't download this app.
