About this app

According to a survey by the World Sleep Society (WSS) and the Taiwan Sleep Medicine Society, at least 2 million people in Taiwan suffer from chronic insomnia, and the amount of sleeping pills used is astonishing, with 1.05 billion pills consumed every year, ranking among the top in the world.
In addition to medicines, the iQun team is thinking about "Can we use technology to provide more natural and healthier options?"
Hence the birth of "iQun": Taiwanese nickname ~ Love Sleepy
Using optical principles and cooperating with domestic optical manufacturers, we use light to regulate the imbalance of melatonin in the human body, returning the biological clock to normal and allowing you to sleep peacefully.
The exterior is designed by a Taiwanese emerging designer (TID Taiwan Design Award) who has won numerous awards at home and abroad. The shape of the sun and moon is used to shape the mysterious power of nature's calmness and light.

Product features:
Sleep mode->Suppress blue light and fall asleep slowly. Special LEDs are used to weaken the blue light of 460-480nm wavelength to almost 0, helping the body restore the production of melatonin, effectively adjusting the biological clock, allowing you to fall asleep easily.
Wake-up mode->Simulate morning light and gentle wake-up. Wake up naturally with nature and light music.
Situation mode can be used -> mindfulness to reduce stress and relax body and mind. 417Hz, 432Hz music releases negative energy and relaxes the body and mind.
