The app and web platform provide a good interactive experience, especially regarding spirituality. However, chat history is not available even when logged in. In the middle of conversations, chat continuity gets disrupted, and responses are treated as the start of a new conversation. While the app is good, it needs significant improvements to become truly great.

This app needs to be updated. What it does is it should be given in voice as if someone is saying what is given in text form. It should have options to save the spoken conversation.
