KaitakuNet is an app that allows you to request transportation from private ambulances and care taxis.
When you or your family need transportation for things like hospital visits, transfers, discharges, or moving into a care facility, you can submit a request to multiple service providers at once. There's no need to make multiple phone calls.
■ Requesting is easy in 3 steps
1. Select your area and desired date and time
2. Enter your pick-up and drop-off locations and the situation on the day
3. Submit, and you will receive responses from available service providers.
■ Main Features
・Create and manage reservations
You can register pick-up and drop-off locations, date and time, passengers, equipment to bring, and important information for the day.
・Chat with service providers
You can communicate with service providers for each reservation. Sending photos is also supported.
・Notifications
You will receive push notifications for responses from service providers and important information for the day.
・Reservation history
You can check past requests at any time.
■ For service providers
If you use the app as a service provider, the following functions are available.
• Receiving and responding to requests
• Setting fees and services used
• Registering vehicle photos
• Checking invoices
• Integration with Google Calendar
• Chatting with other local businesses
■ Before Use
• Account registration is required to use this service.
• Actual transportation is conducted based on contracts with each service provider.
• Fees vary by service provider. Please check with the service provider in advance.
• In case of emergency, please call 119. This app is not a means of requesting emergency services.
