About this app

KaJagaIn is a daily companion app for seniors, designed to help them stay safe, independent, and connected with family — without needing to rely on others for simple things on their phone.

🆘 ONE-TAP EMERGENCY SOS
When help is needed, just press the large SOS button on the home screen. The app automatically sends an SMS to every "Connected Family" member, then opens the Emergency Mode screen with a countdown before calling the primary emergency number — complete with a cancel button in case of an accidental tap.

💊 MEDICATION & SCHEDULE REMINDERS
Set flexible reminders for medication or checkups: daily (multiple times a day), weekly (choose the days), or monthly (choose the date). Reminders still ring right on time even if the app is closed or the phone was just restarted.

📞 QUICK CONTACTS
Save family members and close contacts, then reach them with a single tap — choose WhatsApp or a regular phone call. Every action is read aloud so the user feels confident before it happens.

👨‍👩‍👧 CONNECTED FAMILY
Register family members who need to know when an emergency happens. They'll receive an automatic SMS the moment the SOS button is pressed.
