StayPix is a private, on-device AI photo editor for quick, precise cleanup. Remove unwanted objects, replace backgrounds, sharpen details, create natural lens blur, reduce file size, and control the hidden information stored in your photos. No account is required.

REMOVE UNWANTED OBJECTS

Paint over a person, sign, logo, blemish, or other distraction, then let Magic Eraser rebuild the area behind it. For faster selection, tap an object with Magic Select, then refine the mask with the brush.

REMOVE OR REPLACE BACKGROUNDS

Cut out the main subject and save it as a transparent PNG. Replace the background with a solid color, custom gradient, blurred version of the original photo, or another image.

UPSCALE, ENHANCE, AND COLORIZE

Enlarge small or low-resolution photos by 2× or 4× while rebuilding detail. Select one area to create a sharper close-up, or add color to black-and-white photos.

CREATE NATURAL LENS BLUR

Tap what should stay sharp and adjust the blur strength. StayPix uses depth and subject detection to blur the rest of the scene more like a camera lens.

ADJUST AND CROP

• Auto-adjust or fine-tune brightness, contrast, saturation, warmth, and sharpness
• Crop, rotate, mirror, and straighten
• Compare before and after
• Undo and redo edits

COMPRESS PHOTOS

Create smaller files for sharing or uploading. Choose JPEG quality and output dimensions, preview the real result, and see the estimated file size before saving.

VIEW, EDIT, OR REMOVE METADATA

Inspect hidden photo details such as location, date, camera, lens, and exposure settings. Remove location, edit individual tags, change the date taken, or save and share a copy with all metadata removed.

PRIVATE, ON-DEVICE EDITING

Photo processing happens locally; your photos are never uploaded for editing. Once the required AI models are downloaded, editing works offline. Manage or remove downloaded models in Settings.

SAVE AND SHARE

Save as JPEG or PNG and open photos directly from your gallery app with Share or Edit in. Every editing tool is available in the free version. Rewarded ads provide additional saves and shares; StayPix Pro removes ads and enables unlimited saving and sharing.
