About this app

KWHotel Mobile is your property's reception desk on your phone. The app connects to your KWHotel Cloud account and gives you immediate access to everything you need in your daily work: reservation schedule, guest check-in, prices, and documents—without having to sit down at your computer.

BOOKING SCHEDULE
• A grid of rooms and days with reservation bars, colored by stay status.
• The room column displays the cleanliness status, room symbol, and number of beds.
• You create a new reservation in two clicks: the arrival date and departure date.
• Clicking the bar opens the stay details with editing, cancellation, and notes.
• Group reservations: you can edit the exact stay you clicked.
• Reservations after the arrival date, without check-in, are displayed as "No Show."

CHECK-IN
• One-button check-in and check-out, following the same rules as in the KWHotel Cloud web app.

GUESTS
• Guest records: search by name, create a new one, and edit an existing one.
• Separately, the person making the reservation (the one on the bill) and the hotel guest in the room.

RATES AND AVAILABILITY
• Weekly rates for the selected room type and rate plan, along with the number of available rooms.
• Edit prices directly from the app, with support for inherited room plans and types.
• Optionally, prices can be viewed directly on the schedule—holding a box changes the daily price.

ACCOUNTING DOCUMENTS
• Three-step wizard: select the item to be billed, preview with editing, and issue.
• Receipt, invoice, bill, and proforma invoice; payment methods and payment amounts.
• Print the completed document or save it as a PDF via Android.

OTA BOOKINGS
• Preview of reservations from sales channels, with date ranges and paging.

MESSAGES
• Messages from KWHotel Cloud with unread count and delivery confirmation.

SECURITY AND FIELD OPERATION
• Login via your KWHotel Cloud account, supporting two-factor authentication (MFA code).
• Session tokens stored in the secure Android Keystore.
• Temporary network outages do not log you out—the app reconnects when network is restored.

PERSONALIZATION
• Customize your reservation status colors; they are saved on your device.
• Support for multiple properties on a single account—the selected hotel is remembered.

REQUIREMENTS
The app is intended for staff at properties using KWHotel Cloud and requires an active account in this system. It is not intended for guest reservations.

An account is created on the KWHotel Cloud website—the app does not process registration.
