the app is not working in my phone like when I tried to open video it says app not responding and now I tried reinstalling but not able to login , the app was working fine earlier. Please resolve issues I live in London. I used it for few days without any issues untill yesterday.

Customer service not working. Everytime I format my device & reinstall the app it reduces my device changing attempts although I am using the app only in same device. When I try to send mail for help it shows technical issue & try again later .

From past 7 days i am experiencing app crash . Whenever i go to play a video of my course . Also downloading not working shows error. I tested uninstall, install, restart device but same problem. please fix this.
