Dear Kalam Support Team, I am facing an issue with the video player in the Kalam App after the recent update. Earlier, the course videos used to play in complete full-screen mode. However, after the update, the videos are not covering the entire screen and leave black spaces on both the top and bottom. I have already tried restarting the app, clearing the cache, reinstalling, and tweaking my device's full-screen display settings, but the issue persists.

UPDATE: Developer asked to email helpdesk, but that email gives an auto-reply stating it is unmonitored! On the portal, my Ticket #17342 was closed without ANY resolution or explanation. Purchased REET L-2 on 4 July with commitment of new batch updates, but still not mapped to the new batch folder. Continuous delay since August is ruining exam preparation. Reopen Ticket #17342 and resolve the mapping immediately!

This is a very useless app. They keep blocking it again and again for no reason. Buying a course on this app is a complete waste of money. I request everyone not to buy any course from Kalam Academy. बहुत ही घटिया ऐप है मैं कोर्स लेकर पछता रहा हूं । मेरे पेसे वापस दो।
