The first issue is the login issue , I deleted this app and tried to login and it said I was using a different phone when it was the same phone. also they give only 3 times login after that your account is locked , I feel like this is too much to handle. apart from that, the app doesn't let you take screenshots and also goes blank if you try to multitask. after earning so much from students they should give something more to the developers and make the app perfect which isn't rn.

the facilities is very good but the technical team of kalam is very poor. i facing a dawnload error in this app due to which I logged in and logged out only once and after that I started my class i recieve a message that my account is suspended for 10 days and if I try again it will be permanently blocked. i send many tickets.but my problem is not solved yet.

I have taken Political Science AP course. The course was really good. But the prblm is that once you take the course, there is no any way to contact them. Evn in the app the section where the 'contact us' optn is given, Whn I wrote my complain that I am unable to open a sec. test series, I saw that it says 'we are experiencing technical issue'. Also, I want to attend lectures on phn(bcoz it phn consume less data)and attempt tests on my laptop.but it allow only 3 times to change the device.
