all waste of money Don't take any Kalam Academy subscription, they neither reply nor their test series is conducted properly, my test series money is also gone, no one picks up the call on their helpline number, I got upset while raising tickets at the help desk, this is the most useless academy.

I bought their test series for the first grade exam for ₹6000. The first paper is tomorrow, February 1st, 2026, but they haven't told me where the exam is being held, nor have they issued any admit card. I've called their helpline number 10 times (on different days and times), but no one answers. This is completely frustrating. Do not buy any courses from this coaching center.

This has been the worst coaching experience I have ever had. The customer service is incredibly poor; regardless of the query, the response is always a scripted 'wait for 7 days.' If you want to face mental harassment and waste your time chasing support, only then should you consider purchasing a course from them.
