Worst app services. Can't login. And if you do log in, you can't open anything, it's just constantly buffering! "Technical issue, Technical issue". Am i supposed to wait till after my exams are over for you to fix you app? This is so unfair. What did i pay for if the app won't work and I'm unable to see the videos or the notes???

The first issue is the login issue , I deleted this app and tried to login and it said I was using a different phone when it was the same phone. also they give only 3 times login after that your account is locked , I feel like this is too much to handle. apart from that, the app doesn't let you take screenshots and also goes blank if you try to multitask. after earning so much from students they should give something more to the developers and make the app perfect which isn't rn.

the facilities is very good but the technical team of kalam is very poor. i facing a dawnload error in this app due to which I logged in and logged out only once and after that I started my class i recieve a message that my account is suspended for 10 days and if I try again it will be permanently blocked. i send many tickets.but my problem is not solved yet.
