Are the products fresh?
Yes. Every product sold at KalanVar is edible and fresh. Businesses only list products that were produced that day but couldn't be sold. No products past their expiration date can be sold.
Why is it so cheap?
Because at the end of the day, that product will either be sold at a discount or left over. For a business, selling at a discount is better than not selling at all. You make a profit, the business reduces its losses, and food isn't wasted.
How do I pick up my product?
After purchasing, a delivery code is generated in the app. You go to the business within the specified time frame, show the code, and pick up your product. There is no shipping — you pick up the product yourself.
What happens if I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before the delivery time begins. Even if the delivery time has already started, you have the right to cancel within the first 15 minutes of placing your order. Refunds will be credited to your account within 1-3 business days, depending on your bank.
Which cities are available?
We started in Kocaeli. You will see new cities added to the app. If it's not yet available in your city, you can download the app and wait, or recommend it to your business.
