Doesn't really work in Indonesia. Again just trying to copy a western system that does not translate to the east. Appreciate your respinse. I can speak indonesian quite well snd still fine it difficilt to use at the hospital. The older leople have no idea howbto use it. They struggle to use a ohone let alone a digital kiosk. A young girl does her best tk assist evetyone but most end ip getting a number to see the original girls inbthe front anyway. So i fail to see where the system helps

This app is easy to use, but i got a little problem when i scan my barcode in the hospital it shows others name and address not mine, i don't know why, can you fix that, thanks
