I've been using for a while, but recently, I’ve encountered a frustrating issue where search results or relevant data do not appear. Despite a stable internet connection and trying multiple troubleshooting steps (clearing cache, reinstalling the app, checking for updates), the problem persists.

The app is completely non-functional. It will not load past the university logo/splash screen. I have reinstalled it and cleared the cache, but the app remains stuck and unusable. We need an urgent fix for this critical bug to access any features

Worst experience ever. From sem:-1 I have been trying to download my result and hall ticket but all time " result not published yet" message pop up. If they can't handle this application then why they are recommending to students for their details. Worst university website. It should ban itself first and also after this much complaints and negative reviews vnsgu ignored it and still the application has not been working properly.
