The app is completely non-functional. It will not load past the university logo/splash screen. I have reinstalled it and cleared the cache, but the app remains stuck and unusable. We need an urgent fix for this critical bug to access any features

I've been using for a while, but recently, I’ve encountered a frustrating issue where search results or relevant data do not appear. Despite a stable internet connection and trying multiple troubleshooting steps (clearing cache, reinstalling the app, checking for updates), the problem persists.

I would prefer to die but i would never use this useless app next time I mean if you can't handle the application then it should be closed or banned 🚫
