Ratings and reviews

This app COSTS $16. Say so first! The info talks about "in-app purchases" but feels like a deceptive bait and switch to allow a minute of use before a screen pops up to say, duh you need to pay $16 to continue. That said I must say the tabla samples are excellent. The samples also have subdued tanpura backgrounds. I'll explore further before deciding on purchase.

Just downloaded this app... And what an amazing app it would be if it wasn't glitching with connected to Bluetooth! Great sounds, easy to navigate, lots of wonderful styles to choose from (I love the fusion genre!) But each time I connect to my Bluetooth speaker to play along with it glitches and the sound becomes inconsistent and unusable. And I know it's not my device as I use this Bluetooth speaker everyday with Spotify and other tabla apps. A shame really... :-(

This app is the best compare to the other paid apps at this price. Sound quality is absolutely realistic. One thing which I personally like the most is when you change the Taal at specific tempo it doesn't break the beat. One can switch over to get interesting playback. Only the size of app is huge around 2+gn but it is manageable. I would look forward for more the Taals and increase tempo level in future updates. Cheers Aman Kalyan Team!!

In this version we have:
- added a new swarmandal library comprising of over 120 raags
- added a new and improved tanpura
- improved the tanpura pitch modulation
- allowed for much finer increments on BPM by including every BPM value, e.g. 120, 121, 122.. etc
