With PLC Contract, you digitalize your contract management and save yourself the paperwork. Our integrated services offer you the possibility to sign your contracts according to your wishes. Is there a text format requirement and therefore an SES (Simple Electronic Signature) sufficient for the contract? Or do you need a written contract and therefore a QES (Qualified Electronic Signature)?
Decide for yourself and have the appropriate contracts sent to you and your contractual partners.

But PLC Contract can do even more: You can draft contracts digitally, run contract negotiations, rewrite or renegotiate text passages. All from a single source.
In a protected data room, you can discuss the individual contract components with your contractual partner and come to an agreement digitally, without creating a new document. You can then transfer the changes discussed directly into the contract.
