Crashes on start. Worked fine when I bought the device. Now won't load. Dosing pump still runs, but can't make changes to it. Edit: Uninstalling and reinstalling did not work. Edit 2: bumping up a few stars. Support sent me an older version of the software that works again. Will edit again whenever the latest version works again.

Very clunky. So many screen taps just to adjust the dosing values. It works for me in general at least. Twice in a year it has lost assigned names (thankfully not values), but at least it's been reliable. A backup would be nice! WiFi connection is a farce, complaining about 5ghz connection despite me turning that off entirely in my router. After ignoring the error message and seemingly hanging while connecting to the router, it did actually connect - it just didn't tell you it had.

Cannot register or login. Have even created a Kamoer account from a PC and still won't login. Have tried on WiFi and mobile data. Just keeps saying "incorrect account name and password" even when I try and register. Won't send a verification code via email or sms. Only option is Offline mode, which is also being difficult. Bluetooth device is found but will not connect. LAN is no better. I liturally cannot use the pump. It will have to be returned.
