KAMPL-Service supports the complete service lifecycle of crane safety devices manufactured by Klug Avalon Mechatronics Pvt. Ltd.
Our company provides crane safety devices to leading Indian OEMs such as ESCORTS, ACE, L&T, as well as directly to end customers across India. We are also responsible for installation and after-sales service of these devices at OEM facilities and customer sites, as per our service agreements.
To support this, we maintain a strong network of service engineers across India.
⚙️ Service Workflow
Customer Support Request
Customers contact the KAMPL support team when they face an issue with the device.
Remote Resolution (If Possible)
The support/admin team first tries to resolve the issue over a call.
Service Ticket Assignment
If on-site support is required, a service ticket is created and assigned to the nearest available service engineer.
On-Site Service Execution
The service engineer visits the customer or OEM site to diagnose and resolve the issue.
Installation & Device Handling
Engineers also perform installations at OEM plants and customer locations, including QR code-based device identification.
Service Reporting
Engineers fill service details in the app
Generate a digital service report (PDF)
Capture customer acknowledgement
Offline/Manual Support
In cases where mobile usage is restricted, engineers can upload manually filled service reports or captured images later.
