Creating a board is immediate, and theme and appearance options ensure that the interface adapts to your preferred visual style. The app offers both a light environment for clarity and a darker look for a more immersive mood. Switching between these modes includes a smooth animated transition, helping the experience feel polished and cohesive.

Inside a board, KanDo offers a functional and familiar Kanban structure with essential columns such as To Do, In Progress and Done. Cards can be added wherever needed and moved freely between columns using smooth drag-and-drop gestures. Each column adapts to the content you place inside it, supporting both light and substantial task lists. Priority indicators help highlight important items, and empty states in columns keep the layout clean even when the board is only beginning to take shape.

Tapping on a card opens a detailed view where all information is organized clearly. You can update the title, add a description, choose a priority level or move the card to another column. Options to edit or delete items are conveniently presented in a bottom sheet or dialog, keeping actions precise and easy to access. This structure supports both quick adjustments and more detailed edits without interrupting your workflow.

Board settings allow you to personalize your workspace even further. Renaming the board, adjusting column names, adding new columns or removing unused ones all happen in a unified layout that mirrors the style of the rest of the interface. Theme selection enhances the workspace by adapting the visual environment to your preference. Light and dark modes are available, each offering a distinct tone while keeping functionality consistent.
