A mess. Kangaroo sells you on price, and the entry monitors work well. However, they seem to do a particularly good job coming out with products that don't work as intended, and they hype them up a lot. The privacy camera has been a disaster. Every time it updates the image is upside down. The app is broken and you can't contact support through it. Their support tries to help but it's just too many issues. I should've stuck with Simplisafe.

I got this on kickstarter and I want to love it so badly. I'm hoping there will be tweaks because I think it's a good concept but poorly executed. Like a lot of people said, everything triggers it, even if you set the alarm response to 8 feet, cars far off in the street trigger it. What doesn't trigger it is someone coming to your door, until it's too late to see their faces. And the images in the app take forever to load. My doorbell also doesn't ring half the time. Please work out the bugs!

The app gives false information now. When it connects it says its armed or disarmed but not connected. When it says that it won't send alerts and randomly gives disconnect messages. Most of the time it won't connect at all. This problem persists even after completely reset everything and trying to add the device again. Not worth the time and money if it can't be consistent.
