The app does not load. I am stuck at the screen showing the Kangaroo and a heart. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck. I've tried on 5G and on Wifi with no luck. This needs to be fixed since I am supposed to use this for work.

The app never loads. It says 'finding centers and permissions' and never goes any further, and it's irritating not being able to see my work schedule.

When it wants to work, it does well. However, I'm facing an issue where I'm stuck on the loading screen and cannot access my center.
