Movie selection is excellent. However, navigation is fairly poor. It resets your position when going back and forth between screens. Android TV and Apple TV apps also don't support frame rate matching, which is vital for movie lovers wanting to watch movies on their TV they way they were intended, without any frame judder. Not only that's, but the Apple TV app no longer plays video. It prompts for an update that doesn't exist! Would give the service 5 stars if all these issues were fixed.

Developers - Please fix the rotate behavior of this app. For the two years I have used this app, the same problem has existed. Imagine doing what a fair amount of humans do these days: watching a film on their phone as they fall asleep. Imagine laying on your side, head on your pillow. Now try watching a film on Kanopy and you'll quickly find a big oversight that has apparently escaped repair for at least 2 years. Yes, my app stays updated. Good app with lots of weaknesses, great service.

Very in impressed with the movie and TV show selection. I just counted how many and it seems like there is about 1 movie for each drama at least I was taken aback by the fact that this app has been around as long as it has and there is only 1 animation movie available...and it's a documentary about Van Gogh.
