Extremely disappointing experience with Kantipur MAX. I paid for the weekly HD subscription specifically to watch the matches, but the app barely works. Most of the week I couldn’t watch anything at all, and when it does load, the app is buggy and unreliable. What’s frustrating is how Kantipur is quick to charge users for subscriptions but hasn’t invested in making a stable, functioning app. It feels like the focus is on collecting subscription money rather than providing a working service.

Dear kantipur, please refund my subscription money.. this app was working fine with low quality streaming... as soon as i paid for 1week HD subscription it stopped working.

its good that Kantipur has English Premier League LIVE on the app and you can watch on your phone any time. but somehow it is 15-20 sec delayed broadcast and live stream gets frozen and paused randomly. UI sucks big time, its basic as basic can come. even on full screen mode there's a white block around the corners maybe dark mode would fix this. this app needs lots of work could and should definitely be better
