■About the Scratch Lottery
・Only JAN codes on purchased Kao products in your home can be scanned.
・Scanning is prohibited in stores such as supermarkets, drugstores, and convenience stores.
・Each JAN code can only be scanned once.

■About Prize Receipt
・To receive your prize, you must redeem three items and enter your shipping address information by 11:59 PM on Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
・Prize deliveries are limited to within Japan, and as a general rule, only one delivery per address is allowed.
・Prize deliveries are usually delivered to your home approximately one month after application. However, please note that if multiple applications are received at the same time, it may take longer.
・Prize delivery may be canceled if any violations of these terms and conditions or the terms and conditions posted in the app are observed.

■About Prize Receipt
・To receive your prize, you must redeem three items and enter your shipping address information by 11:59 PM on Monday, March 31, 2025.
・Prizes will only be delivered within Japan, and as a general rule, only one per address will be accepted.
However, this does not apply if there are multiple households living at the same address.
・Prizes are scheduled to be shipped within one month, but may be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances such as traffic or delivery conditions.
・Depending on prize stock availability, you may receive a different product from the one you redeemed. Thank you for your understanding.
・If we are unable to deliver the prize due to an incorrect address, an unknown new address, or an extended absence, your win will be void. Re-delivery will not be possible.
・You cannot specify the delivery date, delivery method, or delivery company for the prize.
・If any violations of these terms and conditions or the terms and conditions posted in the app are observed, the prize may be canceled.

■Regarding Laws and Regulations
・Due to laws and regulations such as the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations, we require the scanning of at least six JAN codes of our products in order to deliver the prize.
・You may not be eligible to win if you apply for multiple campaigns run by our company or a third party at the same time.
