I love the app but the customer service ruined it all. I asked for a semestrial bank statement to be made and sent to me as a 1 file since 25 dec 2025 but I didnt get it. Wrote to the help center, no answer. I feel being ignored. I will remove my 1-star when the help service improve.

An error message appears before creating an account! That's honestly horrible so far. Update - the mobile phone number was didn't worked because it was registered under the company's name

At first, the app was something unique and creative, services were 👌 and customer service at the time always. Recently I had a transaction problem they began ignoring me. They told me 30 days to get money back automatically but it passed 30 days and i got no response right now. In addition to the issue being a primitive, a failed transaction should be dealt with in a matter of 24 hours, it's 2025 and now i'm being purposely.
