About this app
The Carava Inspection App is an inspection task management platform for the in-house vehicle purchasing team. This app is for internal use only and is accessible to authorized employees.
■ Inspection Request Management
You can create and manage inspection requests for two types of purchases: direct purchase and auction purchase. Vehicle information is automatically retrieved simply by entering the License Plate Number (LRP) or VIN, and you can track the entire process at a glance from Awaiting Inspection →
Confirmed Inspection → Inspection Completed → Purchase Confirmed.
■ Detailed Inspection Result Recording
Record the vehicle's condition in detail by category, including the engine, transmission, steering, electrical system, exterior, glass, rust, and tires. You can leave a comprehensive evaluation and inspection opinion (Recommended/Neutral/Not Recommended) to assist in making purchasing decisions.
■ Record Marking Function
You can visually mark repair history (paint, bodywork, replacement, maintenance) and damaged areas (scratches, dents, cracks, rust, stone chips) directly on the vehicle maintenance and damage records.
■ Photo and Video Management
Multiple uploads of inspection photos and damaged photos are supported, and inspection videos are automatically encoded and thumbnail generated. All media are securely stored in the cloud.
■ Role-Based Permission Management
Access permissions are differentiated by role—Admin, Manager, Inspection Manager, and Inspector—enabling systematic team management.
■ Real-time Notifications
Receive real-time push notifications for major events, such as inspection request status changes, inspector assignments, and purchase confirmations/cancellations.
■ Statistics and Reporting
View statistics by month, inspector, and manager, and download them as Excel files.
