About this game

Karat Rate Today is a gold reference and valuation desk for jewelers and buyers. It compares gold by country and currency, then prices a piece by karat, weight and local charges.
The desk is built around one chosen market. Switch country and the quote, currency and preferred unit move together. Units cover gram, tola, ounce and baht, so the same bar or ornament can be read the way that market actually quotes metal.
Spot Price shows a large live gold figure for the selected unit, with session change and a day range. Silver and platinum appear only as short reference rows. There is no order book and no trading.
Purity Table lists 24K, 22K, 21K, 20K and 18K with fineness in percent, hallmark and the price of that grade in the unit you selected. Each row also shows the gap from the 24K benchmark.
Value Desk prices jewelry, coins and bars as separate article types. Enter weight, karat, making charge and tax. The desk returns metal value, making, tax, an estimated counter total and a resale estimate based on metal recovery, not a selling game.
Profile keeps the selected country, the working unit, a watchlist of saved markets and the last calculations from Value Desk.
