Key Features

Cutting Parameters Wizard: View cutting parameters such as Vc, fz, ap, and ae from KARCAN catalog data based on the selected material, series, operation, and diameter.
Machine Profile: Define maximum power, spindle speed, torque, and feed rate limits. Compare calculated values with these limits to view utilization and possible limit exceedances.
Milling and Drilling Calculations: Perform engineering calculations such as cutting speed, spindle speed, feed rate, material removal rate, cutting force, power, and torque.
Tool Catalog and Industries: Browse KARCAN product groups, series, tool geometries, and diameter options. You can also access the catalog by industry.
Material Catalog: Browse materials classified by the ISO P, M, K, N, S, and H material groups, including their DIN designations.
Converters and Formulas: Use standalone tools for Vc, feed, power, torque, cutting time, and Metric/Inch conversions.
Metric and Inch Support: Use supported input and result fields in your preferred unit system for manual calculations.
History and Favorites: Reopen previous calculations and add frequently used results to Favorites.

KarcanEYE does not require an account or sign-in. It does not collect personal data; History and Favorites are stored only on your device.

It supports Turkish and English, with Light, Dark, and device-based theme options.

KARCAN catalog and cutting parameter data are updated regularly.
