Kardow (kardow.com) is an AI job board builder. You pick a template, connect your own domain, and launch a job board you can charge employers to post on. Payments, employer and candidate accounts, applications, daily job imports, SEO and analytics are built in.

Every Kardow board is a real Next.js application rather than a theme on a shared platform, so its design and behaviour can be changed without limits. You describe the change you want in plain language and the editor makes it, or you pull the code into your own editor.

What the platform includes:

- Charge for job posts. One-off posts, bundles, monthly employer subscriptions or a candidate paywall. Take cards through Stripe, or send an invoice or your own payment link. The money goes straight to you and Kardow takes 0% of it.
- Job backfiller. Scheduled imports from public careers sites and job feeds across more than 100 countries, filtered to your industry, keywords and locations, so your board has listings on it before you sell your first post.
- Built for Google. Listings ship with Google for Jobs structured data, sitemaps, and a page for every location and category. Real-time analytics with no cookie banner.
- Employer and candidate accounts. Employers manage listings and review applicants. Candidates keep a profile, upload a resume, save jobs and track applications.
- Make it yours. Your domain, your colours, your logo, custom fields, screening questions, multiple languages, blog and custom pages, email from your own domain.
- Connect anything. REST API, webhooks, Zapier, an embeddable jobs widget, and a hosted MCP server so you can manage your board from Claude or ChatGPT.
