Overall the App is good. Fun to play. But there is something fishy about it. I haven't had a win since last week. I have bought so much chips and lost all. I'm not getting any good cards at all. Are you guys trying to set me up of losing my chips and rebuying again or is it just a coincidence.? Very fishy.

Dear user, we have no intent to make our players buy chips, the game is fair, sometimes you may win and get good cards and the other times the opposite. No factors affect your game result or the cards you get, the system randomely distributes the cards. We hope you will reconsider your rating!

You get the same low level and unintelligent playing partners over and over even after blocking them. Playing is impossible! Lost a lot of chips and rating. 100% dont reccomend this game. Logic is awful

Dear user, the system matches players close or on the same level as you and will only pair you with a player of lower level if others are not online/available. As you progress in the game you get paired up with users of higher game level. Please contact us via our FB page (Kargin Blot) so we can help you fix any issues you may have!

Terrible system & no customer support. Game matches you with top 10 leaderboard opponents and pairs you with a partner that's a noob or has a 20% win rate LOL. I was matched with 2 top 10 leaderboard oppenents three straight times, who were cheating. They were capot right away without talking repeatedly because they knew what cards they had in eachothers hands. I reported these cheaters and requested my lost chips be refunded, but after a week, support still hasn't even responded. Scam for money
