I can't give this service 0 Stars, they charge a lot for the service I literally ordered something that weighted less than 1.5lbs and charged me like 30 dollars, plus they charge you a fee if you want to get the package of your product, which is like really stupid, customer service is very very poor, and the arriving time of your package is not certain even when they are literal minutes away from your home, they will change the arriving date if they feel like it basically, not recommended at all

Good luck if the local delivery decides not to deliver your package. Worst customer servive EVER! They never reply back your messages, their WhatsApp is never answered. They could take months to deliver your goods if they get delivered at all.

I had some trouble with items I ordered because the items couldn't be imported by them. For now, I'm waiting for the package to be returned. There should be a warning or a list of the things that can be imported with them BEFORE putting an order, because it changed and I didn't have the info. Maybe I'll try to do an import with them next time to see how it goes, because I liked that they take photos of the products that arrive.
