About this app

Second Career Training is the only training that is 100% beneficial for your employees. Before you let them go, either early (outplacement program) or normally (retirement), you need to prepare a pre-retirement program that addresses psychological, health, spiritual, financial, marital, life choices, and personal development. This program is packaged as a comprehensive, practical, and enjoyable program.

After your employees leave your company, they need a second career. An active life is part of a mentally and physically healthy life. Don't you want to see them live a FREE life?

Our team specializes in providing second career development training, both early (Outplacement Program) and later (Retirement) for more than 20,000 employees since 2009.
