Edulog’s Parent Portal is a self-service app that allows you to track your child’s assigned transportation from his or her school. Know what routes and vehicles have been assigned to your child, complete with planned pickup and dropoff locations and times. Track in real time your child’s bus’s position. know when to send your child to the bus stop to avoid waiting in bad weather. Configure notifications to alert you when your child’s bus is nearing pickup or dropoff.

Ratings and reviews

Not useful. I think it's a combination of our schools not being able to figure it out (I wouldn't be surprised if it had a wonky interface on their end) and limited features in the app. I get notifications all morning for my daughter's bus as it's in and out of our designated area. And my son's bus always says it last updated at around 1-3 in the AM! Limited features on notifications. And I would love to see a full list of all the bus routes for the schools like they used to print out for us.

the overall design is 5 stars. easy to use and access to all the relevant bus information in real time - bus stop location, bus number, updates to schedule if it's running late, etc. when it works it's fantastic. the notifications are a critical feature yet highly unreliable. sometimes you get them, often you don't. this is especially annoying when you're in the morning chaos and you're relying on the alert so you know when to head to the bus stop.

notifications come sporadically or all at once 30 minutes late. I'm not sure if it's the bus (867) transponder, the driver, my phone (pixel 9) or the app but there's serious communication issues for me. also the app logs me out every day, and it takes 2 external logins to get back in for the day. the notifications still come through but when I click on them I have to log in to see them every time.
