App often must be shut down and reopened to get bus shown on map. Also, I don't like that it now won't show if the bus is more than 5 miles away. This was useful info to know if the thing was even on the way or not, and how far, to determine if it is worth waiting on. Also, I wish it would show a sub bus. Subs are used quite often, but they don't show on the map, leaving you in the dark not having any clue where the bus is and when it might arrive. App needs alot of work to be user friendly.

This app does not work if your device does not have your location enabled. The bus pick up and drop off point locations are programmed into the system which also has the bus' GPS location. The GPS location of a user is irrelevant to the functionality of the app's design but they disable the app anyway if your GPS is turned off, presumably because they'll only let you use the app if they can track and sell your location data.

Sign in with external provider isn't working since it doesn't find any atm. When working it usually takes two login attempts to actually login. Will not stay logged in. The tracking of sub buses is never available. Right now their route has two different buses but can only track one so no tracking half the time. This is not a school specific problem but an app problem. It lacks features such as messaging. It isn't reliable.
