"Sorry, the app couldn't load at this time" stating its either my connection or the apps issue on your end. I have a strong connection on my WiFi and O2 has a somewhat stable mobile connection, no idea if this is because I created a new contract with O2 but I have not been able to access the app for over a month now. I've reinstalled the app and got given a massive html error code stating the request has been blocked! Not happy.

Link your cards to earn money off your phone bill. Seems simple. However, you have to redeem a minimum of £10 so I can get to £7. After that, everything sits in "pending" rather than available. So it is actually impossible to redeem rewards even though I have more than enough. It just never moves from pending to available. Renders the whole scheme pointless and a bit of a scam.

Hey Kurt, thank you for your feedback. The pending period is set by each retailer. If you click on each transaction, this will give you an exact countdown on when to expect to receive your rewards. As soon as the rewards have been issued, you can redeem in multiples of £10 to your mobile phone bill.

It used to be fine but since I have changed Networks it doesn't seem to function properly I contacted Airtime Rewards who sent what appeared to be a standard response directing me to my Network. I have spoken to them but there is nothing wrong with my account and they have no access to the app so can't make changes I went back to Airtime explained this and got the same standard response!! As it stands I have rewards that I can't use as it's not linked correctly and I'm getting nowhere
