NASA-APOD is an Android app that displays NASA's Astronomical Picture of the Day. This app lets you explore the cosmos with NASA's Astronomy Picture of the Day (APOD) service. NASA publishes a new image or video everyday related to astronomy for APOD, along with comprehensive documentation about the featured image.

Tips from me: 1. Full screen ads are too intrusive. 2. A need to press a button before pinching is a bit weird UX. 3. It would be nice to have an uncropped default APOD option. Thanks for the good work.

My updated review: (My original review was three stars on 28th February, 2021) regarding the pups format: As per the developer's reply regarding the app's grayed out title area changed to show title in alternate format: Thanks very much! The pictures are awesome! My rating is now 5 stars.

This was already in testing and has now been rolled out to all. Please enjoy the UI overhaul. There'll be few more major UI overhauls in the coming weeks which will only improve the user experience. Hope you like the update. Thank you taking out the time to send us your suggestions.
